Abstract
This study aim to (1) describe how to use a learning media based on computer technology for the elementary teacher in Muhammadiyah IT Al-Kautsar elementary school Kartasura (2) describe how to use and aim a learning media based on computer technology for elementary teacher in Muhammadiyah IT Al-Kautsar elementary school Kartasura (3) describe the students comprehension toward the using of learning media based on computer technology in Muhammadiyah IT Al-Kautsar elementary school Kartasura. Type of this study is qualitative with qualitative design research. Technique of collecting data uses observation, interview and field note. The researcher uses triangulation method and triangulation of data source in validity data. Data Collection Technique are descriptive qualitative of analyzing data uses data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The result of this study shows that (1) the using of learning media based on computer technology for elementary class is relly good because the school has provided the equipment that needed for teachers and students in learning process (2) the using and aim learning media based on computer technology in this school is to pay attention the students, help and facilitate in extending the material as communication with society and make an enthusiastic learning process that can improve in the study (3) the difference of students comprehension toward the using of learning media based on computer technology learning has increased. The use of learning media is felt to be very influential on the level of student understanding of the material delivered by the teacher. Then a teacher is required to be able to follow the development of learning media according to the times.
