Abstract

ABSTRACTS Green City 4-star hotel in Purwodadi city is a manifestation of the application of the Green Building concept in a hotel where this concept has not been widely developed in Purwodadi city. Problems such as locations that are in accordance with land use, spatial relations, and the application of the Green Building concept must be taken into account and may not violate local government regulations. The existence of several methods of discussion namely, by collecting data through literature and the existence of a comparative study of 3 hotels so that it can be easier to sort data as desired. Green City Hotel aims to make people aware of the importance of the concept of Green Building in the future and to attract the attention of local tourists and foreign tourists so that they visit the city of Puwodadi because it is under development in the tourism area based on PERDA No. 4 of 2013.
