Abstract

CV. Ngeremboko is an individual company founded in 1999 by Mr. Marsono. In the current conditions, CVs must be taken and prepared changes that occur inside and outside the CV, both changes in the economic, technological, political, and cultural. The purpose of this study is to look for factors that influence the industry, and develop strategies for improvement. Discussion of the results of the discussion of data and data processing used in this study uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to find the criteria weights, as well as sub-criteria and Comparisons to improve the performance of the towel industry. The results of calculations using the AHP method produce sub-criteria that most improve the criteria for human resource products with a weight of 0.28, the number of production machines with a weight of 0.22. Then for the promotion sub-criteria are regular consumers with a weight of 0.26, distributors with a weight of 0.20. Improvements provided include making raw materials, making work aids, conducting training and supplies to new employees, providing work targets that must be obtained by workers, finding workers from other areas, making repairs and maintenance of machines, and making brands.
