Abstract

Cerebral Palsy is one of several types of disorders of late growth growth in children. Cerebral Palsy describes a permanent disorder starting from the development of motion and posture. This makes the limitation of daily activities related to non-progressive disorders that he experienced in the brain in the fetus / baby that has a developing process. These disorders can occur during prenatal, at Christmas, or post natal. The goal is to find out about changes in therapy with Neurodevelopment Treatment in an effort to improve children's abilities on Cerebral Plasy Spastic Athetoid Triplegj. The results were obtained after treatment for 3 times to improve basic functional ability in Athetid Triplegi Cerebral Palsy Spastic conditions for muscle strength with XOTR from T1-T3 = T (no increase) and for spasticity using the asworth scale on dextra Upper Motion Members of T1 -T3 = 1 (no increase), for Sinistra Upper Motion Members from T1-T3 = 2 (no increase). For Dextra and Sinistra Lower Motion Members from T1-T3 = 2 (no increase). For reflexes from T1-T3 it was found that there had been no changes in reflexes. For measuring functional scale using GMFCS from T1-T3 = Level V (no increase). The implementation of the Neuro Development Treatment can overcome the problem in the case of the Cerebral Plasy Spastic Athetoid Triplegi
