Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived service quality and perceived service environment on repurchase intentions mediated by emotional satisfaction (Empirical Study on Natasha Skin Care consumers). This type of research is causal quantitative research and data collection methods in research using questionnaires or questionnaires that are filled directly by respondents and visit at least 1 month. Samples taken were 100 respondents. This study uses the Non Probablility Sampling method with Purposive Sampling techniques. The analysis used includes the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test of multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test and determination test (R2). The results of the study showed that perceived service quality and perceived service environment had a positive effect on consumer repurchase intentions of Natasha Skin Care. The results also showed that perceived service quality and perceived service environment did not have a positive effect on repurchase intentions through emotional satisfaction.
