Abstract

Field suitability is a form of terrain adjustment level used for settlement construction processes based on terrain physical conditions and situations. The objectives of this study are (1) Medan Suitability Analysis for Settlement Locations in Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency (2) Analysis of the limiting factors for Medan Conformity for the Location of Baki Subdistrict Sukoharjo District. The method of research analysis is the survey method. The survey method is a method that focuses on geja and facts to obtain results in fact. The survey survey method has a large analysis unit of relief and has very small variable points that are suitable for my research, this research analysis unit includes a sub-district with sampling from field units. Acquisition of analysis results is appropriate and sufficiently appropriate, the class is in accordance with the total area of 2257,184 ha which is in the RK-DV-I field unit, while the class is sufficient according to the area of 1,145 ha located in the RK-DV-II field unit in the Village Area Gedongan. The RK-DV-I field unit is located in the villages of Ngrombo, Mancasan, Jetis, Bentakan, Kudu, Kadilangu and part of Baki. The existing terrain area in the location of the corresponding class (III) field suit is 10.485 ha. The terrain of existing settlements located in the class field suitability area is quite appropriate (II) 0.006 ha. The size of the reserve area in the appropriate field suitability and quite appropriate in the field suitability area 11.975 ha.
