Abstract
Individuals can create and control displays in their efforts to focus, this is called impression management. Impression management is users of internet compilation involving social networks and making strategic planning in profiles to improve others. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The technique of collecting data with thorough interviews and selecting research speakers are Instagram account holders @ agungdarmawan88, @arganco, @nooralamjajang and @vidihm. The technique of selecting informants with purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis in this study uses interactive analysis, namely by reducing data, presenting data and checking conclusions or verification. Instagram @ agungdarmawan88, @arganco, @nooralamjajang and @vidihm will be able to determine the ability of their followers to be able to get a popular lifestyle like them. The strategy used is the ingratiation strategy (making the impression stand out). 1. face appearance 2. involving in roles 3. Realize hope and 4. Social distance.
