Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business risk, asset structure, and profitability on capital structure. This research was conducted at the public company manufacturing sector in 2016-2017. The number of samples taken is ninety. With purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that business risk does not affect the capital structure, asset structure has a significant effect on capital structure, and profitability does not affect the capital structure.
