Abstract

The child is the mandate of God Almighty which in the child attaches the rights and obligations of children who must be protected by the parents, the government, and the environment of the child itself. Child protection is necessary because children are buds, potentials, future generations, the ideals of the nation's perjuanagan who have a very strategic role. Child-Friendly Cities are districts / cities that have a child rights-based development system through the integration of planned and comprehensive commitment and resources of the government, community and business world in policies, programs and activities to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights. The purpose of this Child-Friendly City is the government's efforts to fulfill children's rights. For districts / cities to be child free from violence, the government in launching a Child Friendly City program needs to obtain several indicators as an effort to protect children's rights.
