Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia had decreased due to the unstable growth of DAU, DAK and DBH transfers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of DAU, DAK, and DBH transfers on GDRP of provinces in Indonesia in the fiscal decentralization era. To achieve this goal, this study uses a panel data regression model with Fixed Effect Model. The results of this study show that the DAU, DAK, and DBH simultaneously have a significant effect on GDRP. Partially, the DAK and DBH have a positive and significant impacts on GDRP, while the DAU was found to have no effect on the GDRP in Indonesia. The policy implications that can be taken by the local government are exploring the source of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) to increase economic growth so that it can become an independent region.
