Abstract
Administration is an activity that should be managed properly. One of the supporting creation of a good administrative system is exploiting technology which now has increasingly rapid development. Administrative activities that running in the village hall of Bondansari is still using conventional methods and it is not effective. Where the recording data of the population carried out with the media book that cause more effort, cost and it will take a lot of time. Therefore, an administrative system must be handling by a technology in order to become more effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is the development of population administration system web-based. The methods used for the development of population administration system web-based in the village of Bondansari is the waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. The system developed using the programming language PHP with Codeigniter framework and database used is MySQL. In some parts of the system function using jQuery to make the system more effective and interesting. The results of testing using Black Box shows that all functions are running as expected. According to the purpose of the system, it is made to record the data of the population and serve the making of the certificate. While in the results of the questionnaire using the framework of the system usability scale (SUS) with 30 respondents which includes the village officials and village residents get the results of the 74 shows that system can be accepted and used easly by the user.
