Abstract

Islamic habituation programs teach students to get used to thinking, acting and acting in accordance with the teachings of Islam. In order for the santri to become accustomed, it is necessary to repeat and train the teaching program that is taught continuously. With the existence of Islamic refraction program, it is expected to be able to influence and improve the religious religiosity of the santri, both in terms of the dimensions of worship, the dimensions of faith, the dimensions of knowledge and dimensions of experience. With good religiosity, the santri will provide educative functions, reconciliation, calm and so on. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Islamic habituation at PPMI Assalaam MTs. In addition, this study also describes the role of Islamic habituation towards the religiosity of 7th graders at the PPMI Assalaam MTs. This study included a type of qualitative research that used field studies at PPMI Assalaam MTs. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation from various schools. The results of this study are Islamic habituation programs at PPMI Assalaam MTs in the form of congregational prayers, memorizing the Qur'an, fasting, Islamic studies, learning Arabic and so on. Islamic practice is carried out continuously with repetition and training. Islamic customs are also applied by rules and supported by supporting facilities. Islamic customs applied at MTs Assalaam can influence and enhance the religious religiosity of the santri, both in terms of the dimensions of worship, the dimensions of religious knowledge, the dimensions of faith and dimensions of experience. By increasing the religiosity of the santri, it can provide benefits for the santri, such as safety in the world and in the hereafter, providing guidance for life, interests and others
