Andhariska, Suzan Adella. 2019. LEARNING VIDEO DEVELOPMENT OF EARTHQUAKE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS TO INCREASE STUDENTS ' KNOWLEDGE ON EXTRACURRICULAR SCHOOL OF DISASTER ALERT IN SMP NEGERI 1 KLATEN. Script. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Juny, 2019 This study aims to (1) Know the development of earthquake disaster preparedness learning videos and (2) Know the effectiveness of earthquake disaster preparedness learning videos to increase students' knowledge in Klaten 1 Public Middle School. This study uses the ADDIE model by Dick and Carry (1996). The design of this development uses one grub pretest and posttest. The research was conducted in Klaten 1 Public Middle School, with respondents from all participants in the Disaster Preparedness School (SSB) extracurricular activities consisting of 25 respondents. The results showed that (1) The process of making learning video media using the help of 2 software namely Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Efect CC 2015. Development of learning videos through the material expert validation stage with an average of 4.28 including the category "Good" and media experts with an average of 4.59 including the "Very Good" category. (2) The difference in the results of understanding earthquake disaster preparedness material increased by 21.00. The results of the T-test at the pretest and posttest values of the knowledge of earthquake disaster preparedness material showed a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, so Ho was rejected and Hi was accepted which meant there was knowledge of students before and after using the developed product.
