Abstract

The purpose of this research are to determine the influence of solvability, liquidity and capital structure to company size on food and beverage company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling based of the criteria of food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and publish financial reports are complete and present the data include the data of the studied variables during the study in 2015-2018, so that a sample of 9 companies was obtained. This study used multiple linear regression models. The result of the study show that solvability had a significant effect on company size, liqiudity had a signifiacnt effect on company size and capital structure had no signifiacnt effect on company size.
