Abstract

Sleep quality is one of the individual satisfaction of each individual human being. Changes in sleep quality in the elderly are caused by physical changes, social changes and psychological changes. Sleep disorders are sleep disorders that are most often found by most elderly people. Factors causing disturbed sleep are stress, the environment, and other substances, physical exercise. Purpose of the study To find out the different effects of Aerobic type 2 exercises and yoga exercises on the quality of adult sleep. This type of research is Quasy Experimental in the form of research in the form of Two Group Design Pretest-Posttest. In this study the accidental sampling technique was used. So that the results of the Paired t test revealed the value of sleep quality yoga gymnastics group and aerobic fitness group P-value (0,000), and the independent sample t test results obtained the sleep quality of yoga gymnastics and aerobic exercise -value (0.021), There are differences in the effect of giving yoga exercises and type 2 aerobic exercise for 4 weeks and carried out as much as 3 times a week to improve sleep quality
