Abstract

Background : Ankle sprain is an injury to thr lateral complexs ligaments due to the overstreatch with the position of inversion and the flexion of the plantar which suddenly happens when the foot is not restoring perfectly and causing a disruption of functional activity. Purpose : To find out the implementation of physiotherapy in reducing pain, increasing the muscle strenght and mobility in ankle joints with ultrasound and ankle theraband exercise Result : after therapy for 3 times obtained result soreness T1: 4 became T3: 1 , painfull of tap on left lateral maleollus T1: 6 , became T2: 2 , pain of movement T1: 7 , became T3: 3 , joint LGS in the ankle sinistra on active movement of felxion and extension of the T1: S15-0-13, F 10-0-5, became T3: S 20-025, F 20-0-15, on an active movement inversion and eversi with result T1: 3 , became T2: 4 Couculsion : ultrasound (US) and ankle theraband exercise can overcome interference in case sprain ankle dextra.
