Abstract
This study is about the influence of the atmosphere of religiosity, spiritual, and leadership integrity on employee performance. The study conducted at PT. Rosalia Indah. The sample taken in the study was 50 respondents who worked at PT. The Rosalia Indah. The analysis technique used was convenience sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1-5 as an answer from the respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that the atmosphere of religiosity, spiritual, and leadership integrity has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. And the model of the atmosphere of religiosity, spiritual and leadership integrity is able to explain employee performance by 44% and the remaining 56% is influenced by other independent variables
