Abstract

SENDANG COYO NATURAL FOREST RESORT IN MLOWOKARANG TALUN GROBOGAN AREA USING ECO-CULTURAL APPROACH Abstract In Indonesia, cultural tourism experiences very good development and progress with a number of types of natural and cultural tourism that are popping up that attract tourists in and outside the city to visit. One of the cities in Indonesia that has tourist attractions that are good in nature and culture is the city of Grobogan. However, this city has not been able to provide adequate containers and infrastructure to support existing activities so that these developments are still far behind and not maintained by tourism in other cities in Indonesia such as Bandung, Jakarta, Bali and Yogyakarta. The presence of so many natural attractions and having high cultural values can be used as a stimulus and solution for the city of Grobogan to provide a good place and means for tourists, the public and the government in developing a better nature tourism. The design process that goes through is done in several stages, starting from the study of literature, observations to analyzing the data that has been obtained so as to get the results of a design concept that fits the purpose. Carrying the Eco-Cultural concept in this design, it is hoped that natural tourism areas will become an object of education, tourism, and creation that is able to integrate with the surrounding nature and culture so that it can create a tourist accommodation that is environmentally friendly and contains culturalism values.
