Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a joint disorder where changes in joint cartilage change to form bone protrusions on the joint surface (osteophytes). To determine the implementation of physiotherapy in reducing pain, increasing the strength, andincrease the range of joint motion in both knees with closed kinetic chain exercise modalities. After 4 times therapy, the results of pain assessment T1:2 to T4:1 , the assessment of the strength of knee dextra muscles T1:3 to T4:4 knee sinistra T1: 3 T4: 4 , and increase the range of joint motion knee dextra T1 S:0-0-105o to T4 S:0-0-110o T1 R: 30-0-40o T4 R:30-0-40o, knee sinistra T1 S: 0-0-100o to T4 S: 0- 0-105o T1 R: 30-0-40o to T4 R: 30-0-40o.Closed kineticchain exercise can overcome the existing problems in the case of Osteoarthritis Knee Bilateral.
