Abstract

In the current era, land is a major need for the people of Indonesia. Because with the presence of land, people can fulfill their daily needs. This study aims to explain the process of land sale and purchase agreement in Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency. To explain the application of concrete and visual principles in the land sale agreement in Tawangsari District. Sukoharjo Regency. To explain the actualization of concrete and visual principles in the land sale and purchase agreement in Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses a normative juridical approach because of how customary law is applied in the sale and purchase agreement to the local community, as well as the existence of direct field studies. This type of descriptive research is because to clearly describe things related to the object being examined, namely how is the process of sale and purchase agreement in the village, and how is the application of concrete and visual principles in the sale and purchase agreement of the land. The results showed that the land sale and purchase agreement process in Tawangsari sub-district, Sukoharjo Regency was in accordance with the provisions of the customary land sale and purchase process where the seller and buyer met witnessed by the local village head and then reported to the Sub-district office for land rights management. that is. Concrete and visual principles are manifested in the contents of the agreement including real, clear, and clear about the subject, object, witness and maker official. Actualization of concrete and visual principles is manifested in a sale and purchase deed in the presence of subjects, objects, witnesses and officials of the sale and purchase deed explained clearly in the Sale and Purchase Act.
