Abstract

Abstract Technological advances are growing rapidly very help humans in completing the work. The technology is also utilized in the field of education. Information systems are used to facilitate the work, in this case for the world of education is to be used for the delivery of information online to display school profiles and to manage various academic activities, such as new student enrollment, e-learning, extracurricular activities and other activities to attract prospective students to enroll in a school. The problem of acceptance of new students who still use conventional system so that prospective students sometimes difficult to get information to make the registration process. With the online system we can save time and place. So that information can be delivered quickly and accurately. Administrative processes tend to be slow because data has not been integrated and well managed This process still uses the archive in physical form that range is damaged or even lost. To overcome the problems that occur in the registration of new students in SMP Negeri 1 Delanggu made the design and construction of web-based application registration. The end result of the design and development of this information system is the existence of an application and registration process sehinnga new admissions administration process more effective and efficient.The concept applied in the design phase of the Online Student Admission System Based Online SMP Negeri 1 Delanggu is by using Waterfall method.
