Abstract

The level of injury to the Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) is difficult to calculate, but it was stated that this injury is common, especially with regard to sports, such as soccer, skiing. The purpose is Knowing the benefits of Ultrasound and Therapy Exercise in cases of medial collateral ligament sprain in increasing functional active ability. After getting 3 times the therapy, the result was a reduction in tenderness T0 = 3 to T3 = 2, and a decrease in motion pain T0 = 5 to T3 = 4. Increased range of motion for active motion T0 S = 0o-0o-100o to T3 S = 0o-0o-1150, for passive motion T0 S = 0o-0o-1150 to T3 S = 0o-0o-125o.
