For fluency in serving the electricity needs of consumers, the optimum performance of electrical equipment is needed at the substation, one of which is DC Resources. In the 150KV substation, the protection equipment gets DC power from a 110 Volt DC battery such as relay, measuring instrument reader, drive motor in PMT and PMS to function properly, then the DC power supply provided by the battery in the protection equipment must be capable of meeting DC resource requirements even if it is blackout or without a charger. Therefore it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance on the battery and also test the battery capacity especially on the 110 Volt DC battery so that it remains reliable and feasible to meet the needs of the DC power source at the Bawen 150KV Substation. In this research, maintenance data and test data of 110 Volt DC battery capacity are needed. Based on the results of battery capacity testing and calculation of the 110 Volt DC battery DC load at the 150 KV Bawen Substation it can be said to be reliable and able to meet DC resource requirements for 8.72 hours when Blackout occurs because after 5 hours battery testing can be known battery efficiency at 84.49%, the voltage of 101 volts and the battery capacity of 218 Ah are read in the measuring instrument and are in accordance with IEC standards.
