Abstract

in fact, human beings in living life cannot ensure that events that will occur in the future both events cause unsafe conditions and beneficial events. the event that creates an unsafe condition is hereinafter referred to as risk. In an effort to divert risk or uncertain events insurance institutions or insurance companies are willing to provide protection or protection in the future by providing compensation guarantees to other parties by paying a sum of money in the event of uncertain conditions in the future. This research is a study that uses a doctrinal approach that is analyzed qualitatively with deductive reasoning. The results of the analysis are then presented descriptively because they are intended to explain in detail about insurance and tourism objects.
