Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, leadership style, motivation, compensation, and organizational culture on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 123 employees at Balaikota Surakarta. The method of collecting samples in this study using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance, leadership style, compensation and organizational culture have no effect on employee performance, while motivation affects employee performance.
