Abstract
This research to analyze the influence of leadership style, job training, and compensation on the performance of employees. This research used samples of 70 respondents from the Astra Daihatsu company Solo Baru branch. This research uses sampling techniques namely accidental sampling or convenience sampling,and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires.This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results Leadership Style, Job Training, and Compensation have a significant influence on employee performance.Partial test results Leadership Style, Job Training, and Compensation have a significant influence on employee performance.employee performance Variable can be explained by leadership style, job training, and compensation of 62.6%
