Abstract

Fracture Caput Humerus 1/3 Proximal Dextra caused by strong impact trauma resulting in physiotherapy problems in the form of pain, muscle spasm and also motion of the shoulder joint dextra. Objective: To find out the benefits of infrared, friction and mobilization of the scapula to reduce pain, muscle spasm, and increase LGS in patients with a condition of Fracture Humeral Caput 1/3 Proximal Dextra. Results: After the physiotherapy process was carried out 3 times the changes in pain reduction Ft1: silent (1), press (3), motion (3) became Ft 3: silent (0), press (0), motion (1), reduced spasm of rotatorcuff muscles from Ft 1: (+) spasm becomes Ft 3: (-) spasm decreases, increase LGS from Ft 1: S (33 ° -0 ° -115 °), F (35 ° -0 ° -75 °) , R (58 ° -0 ° -5 °) to Ft 3: S (40 ° -0 ° -125 °), F (38 ° -0 ° -85 °), R (60 ° -0 ° -10 °). Conclusion: The provision of infrared, friction and mobilization of the scapula can cause a decrease in pain, reduced spasm and increase LGS on the patient's dextral shoulder.
