Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) the influence of service quality on customer loyalty of Samsung brand smartphone companies by FEB Students of Muhammadiyah University Surakarta (2) the effect of prices on customer loyalty of Samsung brand smartphone companies by FEB students of Muhammadiyah University Surakarta (3) quality influence service and price towards customer loyalty of Samsung brand smartphone companies by FEB Students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The type of research conducted is descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were consumers among FEB students of Muhammadiyah University Surakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 112 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis are multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) service quality variables have no significant effect on customer loyalty (2) Price variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty (3) variable service quality and price have an effect on customer loyalty.
