Abstract

PT. Dan Liris is a company engaged in manufacturing textile and garment. Yarn products produced through the spinning division consist of 7 processes and machines. Flyer machine is one of the machines that are often damaged so that proper care needs to be taken. This study uses the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method to analyze treatment actions through the LTA and Task Selection stages. Determination of damage priority using Grey FMEA weight assessment and calculation of repair time intervals. The FL-16 Flyer engine in 2001 had 6 failure modes including the "B" category, component priority and the Reversing Chain time interval of 4864.97 hours, Belt Cone Drum 1173.50 hours and 1063.05 hours. The action recommended for the six failure modes is Condition Directed (CD).
