Abstract

Health care constitutes one of man requirement, therefore consumer has to be viewed as by subject is not simply object. One of it is gotten from dispensary. This research intent to know consumer satisfaction zoom to service that is given at Kimia Farma dispensary 63 Surakarta. This observasional's research is done by use of kuisioner as measuring instrument of consumer satisfaction. Take a number sample (100 person) done by technics purposive is sampling to age patient 18 - 60 year that redeem recipe at Kimia Farma dispensary 63 Surakarta. Patients satisfactory zoom measured by Likert's scale. Respondent characteristic that utilize dispensary service service a large part is male, with age (26 - 35 years), with master education background. Work a large part is swasta's clerk, with income average perbulan > Rp 2.000.000,-. Estimation respondenting to increases dispensary patient satisfaction Kimia Farma 63 Surakarta is seen of severally dimensioning with averagely to its estimation is 3,73 + 0,632. This estimation turn in at pleased category (3,21 - 4,00) to dispensary service.
