Abstract

The purpose of this study was to influence of product quality, service quality, and customer value for customer loyalty in Surakarta Ella Skin Care. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods with survey research. The technique of collecting data through a questionnaire with a likert scale. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents from customers of Ella Skin Care Surakarta, the technique used to take samples is purposive sampling. The method used for data analysis is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. The results of the t-test analysis show that product quality variables partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the service quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and the customer value variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Then the results of the f-test analysis prove that the variables of product quality, service quality, and customer value simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
