Abstract

Buying and selling is exchanging goods with goods or goods with money by releasing property from one to another on the basis of mutual relinquishment. Islam advocates that its adherents try or trade in a lawful way and avoid the haram. The best trade (buying and selling) is based on the Islamic Shari'a. The Qur'an has affirmed that Allah justifies the sale and purchase and forbid usury. Sale and purchase occurs because one party has goods and other parties there are in need, as well as the practice of buying and selling statues in CV Lintang Semesta Surakarta. The purpose of this study is to explain the practice of selling Statues in CV Lintang Semesta Surakarta in terms of Islamic Law. The type of research used in the preparation of this thesis is field research. Writing this thesis using descriptive approach that is research that observes a research object and then explain what is observed. In analyzing data of research result using evaluative method. After doing research, the researchers got the conclusion that the practice of buying and selling that occurred in CV Lintang Semesta Surakarta already in accordance with Islamic law if viewed from the terms and Pillars of legitimacy akad Buy Sell.
