Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the closeness that occurs to students who follow the organization does not only occur during organizational activities but closeness also occurs when members of the organization gather and chat together, and organizational members also do things like eating together and doing shared tasks. Internal factors that affect peer attachment include communication, togetherness, and trust. External factors, among others, are communicative opponents, willing to listen and provide solutions, and habits.
