Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and inflation on the Islamic Bank Growth in Indonesia period 2011-2017. This study uses a purposive sampling method for sampling. Data obtained based on the publication of the Annual Report, obtained by the number of samples of 11 Islamic Commercial Banks that consistently entered the observation period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that BOPO has a negative effect on the Islamic Bank Growth in Indonesia and GDP has a positive effect on the Islamic Bank Growth in Indonesia. While FDR and inflation do not affect the Islamic Bank Growth in Indonesia. CAR has a positive direction and NPF has a negative direction but does not affect the Islamic Bank Growth in Indonesia. Together, FDR, CAR, NPF, BOPO, GDP, and inflation have a significant effect on the Islamic Bank Growth.
