Abstract

ABSTRACT Economic growth is an economic problem of a country in the long run towards a better situation over a period of time and can also be linked as a condition of an increase in the production capacity of an economy manifested in the form of national income gains. This study aims to determine the effect of Labor, Labor Productivity, Poverty and Population in Indonesia in 1988-2017. This study uses secondary data and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent variable in this study is Economic Growth, while the independent variables are Labor, Labor Productivity, Poverty and Population Amount. The results showed that the variable Labor, Labor Productivity had a significant effect on Economic Growth, but the Variables of Poverty and Population did not have a significant effect on Economic Growth. Simultaneous test results (Test F) show that Labor, Labor Productivity, Poverty and Population Amount simultaneously or jointly influence the Economic Growth in Indonesia.
