Abstract
Solo Balapan is one of the stations in the city of Surakarta where these public facilities are almost empty of passengers who want to travel both on business and holiday. However, this station does not have area parking space. Thempurpose of thismfinal projectmis to plan steelmstructure A and B buildings 4-story parking lot at Solo Balapan Surakarta station with a intermediet moment frame system (IMF). The tools / software used in this plan include SAP2000, AutoCad, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and SketchUp. There are 2 main types of calculations, namely the calculation of the upper structure including calculation of gable frame roofs, portals, deck floors, stairs and lower structures is foundation footplate and sloof. The planned earthquake resistant building structure uses static earthquake analysis based on the spectrum map of the Solo region obtained from the official government website, puskim.go.id. The calculation of the foundation used 25 MPa concrete quality and other structural calculations of 25 MPa. Calculation of gable frame roof using IWF profile 100x50 mm for rafter and channel profile 150x50 mm for recording. The portal calculation results obtained column dimensions using IWF 400x400 profiles for all floors and beam dimensions using IWF profiles 500x200 mm for all floors. The dimensions of the footplate foundation for building A obtained 1.10 m x 16.20 m and 1.10 m x 10.2 m. The dimensions of the footplate foundation for building B were 1.20 m x 20.20 m and 1.20 m x 8.2 m, and for sloof 300 x 500 mm.
