Abstract

The production process in the CV Mulya Timeless Shorkot working for 7 hours of labor per day, using the machine geraji and others that produce vibrations that can interfere with the health of the workers, one of which, namely health disorders such as fatigue common. The goal of research to figure out a general overview of exposure to mechanical vibrations against the health condition of the workers in the Production Section in CV Mulya Timeless Sukoharjo. This research method using Qualitative Descriptive method, the number of informants in this study i.e. 3-5 people. The results of this research were obtained through 3 ways IE observations, interviews and measurements. Observations made in CV Mulya Timeless Shorkot known number of workers i.e. ± 185 workers, serious hours for 7 hours, the source of the vibration comes from the tools or machine work, there is a provision of the APD. The results of the interviews of workers in General, the workers complained of only weariness and tingling as the effects of exposure to mechanical vibration on health. Then for the measurement results of the engine retrieved results 04.7 m/det ²-28.5 m/det ², those results are included in the category exceeds the NAB, which NAB from the mechanical Vibration exposure of the entire body namely 0.8661 m/det ². Can be drawn the conclusion of existence of health problems such as tingling in the hand as a result of exposure to mechanical Vibration against the workers at CV Mulya Timeless Sukoharjo.
