Abstract

Workload is one of the factors that can affect workforce experience work fatigue. Workers who have jobs that are too heavy plus work in a room that has a hot work climate will accelerate the body's muscle contractions which will accelerate the fatigue of work and the body can lose fluid. This study aims to determine the relationship between cardiovascular load and fatigue in labor in the casting division of PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya, Ceper Klaten. Observational analytic study usingapproach cross sectional. The population in this study were 61 workers in the casting section. Sampling with a total sampling of 61 respondents. Test statistics using Rank Spearman. The results showed that there was a relationship between cardiovascular burden and work fatigue in the workforce in the casting section (p value 0.046 ≤ 0.05) which means there is a relationship between cardiovascular load and work fatigue in the workforce in the casting section with the relationship closeness (r) of 0 , 26 or low relationship.
