Abstract

The research problems is the emotion a married couple working in an office, impact performance a couple working in an office. The purpose of this research is to know the regulations emotion a married couple who works in one office. The informants in the study were 10 a person who is 5 married couple working in an office. Informants technique used is the research is the sampling purposive. Data collection technique used is interview and data analysis technique used is an interavtive analysis. Results of the research in a married couple who works in one office having problems emotion caused from exhaustion of work and the difference in childcare. A married couple having problems choose to be silent when they met in office and trying to solve in a deliberative manner consensus when at home. Factors that affect emotion regulations a married couple working in an office that is the family, confidence, diffence position, and communication.
