Abstract
Parent's perception is a process that takes place in us to know and evaluate other people in activities to perceive others and make them recognizable. The rising number of marriages at an early age is marked by the number of girls who do not continue their education, and when they are married between the ages of 18-19 years. The purpose of this study was to understand the perceptions of parents in marriage decision making at an early age, the number of informants in this study amounted to 3 people (mother), the problem agreed or disagreed parents married their children at an early age due to religious considerations and differences in educational background parents who influence someone in raising a perception.
