Abstract
Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership and firm size on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 with a purposive sampling method.This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data used in this study is secondary data. The data source is obtained by downloading financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are obtained through the site of the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and financial reports published by Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id in the year period 2015-2017. The data analysis uses logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership does not affect financial performance. Whereas company size and company age influence financial performance. Keywords : financial performance, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, company size and company age.
