Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance, financial performance, company size and debt policy on firm value. There are six variables in this study that evaluate the value of the company. This study consisted of an index of perceptions of corporate governance, profitability, liquidity, activity, company size and credit policy. The population of this study is that companies go public that are included in the 2011-2016 CGPI. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 48 data. In this study the hypothesis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that profitability was considered against the value of the company, while the index of perceptions of corporate governance, liquidity, activity, company size and debt policy did not affect the value of the company.
