Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of leadership style, work environment, motivation, and compensation towards employee performance of PT.PLN (PERSERO) Klaten. Population of this research is all employees that work in PT.PLN (PERSERO) Klaten. Sampling technique that used in this research is carried out sampling saturated with much 50 employess sampel. Data collection is using questionnaires distribution to employees in PT.PLN (PERSERO) Klaten. Methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research indicate that leadership style and compensation do not have effect toward employee performance. While work environment, motivation have significant effect toward employee performance.
