Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes on laptop purchase decisions with empirical studies of Surakarta Muhammadiyah University students. This type of research is survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were students of Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant brand of purchasing decisions, there is a positive but insignificant influence on purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant effect of the design on purchasing decisions.
