Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, liquidity, productivity, and leverage of the bond rating. Financial performance consists of firm size (total assets), profitability (return on assets), liquidity (current ratio), productivity (total assets turnover), and leverage (debt ratio). The samples in the research were obtained by using purposive sampling method which consists of bonds issued by manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 and rated by Pefindo. This research uses a model of multiple linier regression analysis. The finding of this research that profitability and leverage variables have influence to bond rating, while fitm size, liquidity, and productivity are variables which haven’t affect to the to bond rating. Key words: Bond Rating, Firm Size, Profitability, Liquidity, Productivity, and Leverage.
