Abstract
Bank plecit is defined as a person who offers unsecured short term loan but have a relatively high interest rate. One of the institutions of the market economy is the destination where the main convener of the market dynamics of economic life because this is where the economic activities can be implemented. Plecit Bank provides convenience to traders to get capital, can be done anywhere, and it doesn't require a lot of terms. Didn't even have to use the warranty, and rely solely on how the agreement between both parties. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors that affect the muslim traders in the market of bank credit on doing Lebaksiu plecit and to find out the impact of bank credit plecit on the well-being of muslim traders in the market at Lebaksiu. This type of research using qualitative approach that is evaluative. Evaluative methods aim to measure the benefits and certain activities, as well as collect and analyze the data systematically to determine the value or benefits on the contents of the factors and the impact of bank credit plecit on muslim traders in the market at Lebaksiu. Results of the study prove that factors which aspects influenced muslim traders in the market of Tegal Regency Lebaksiu borrow money to bank plecit is the factor of convenience, assurance and factor factor needs. For these reasons, among others: the process of borrowing money easy, fast, no need to have valuables as collateral, the nominal loan is not too large, only with trust, and can directly receive the loan money. Sesangkan the impact of bank loans plecit against the traders as seen from welfare incomes of traders namely, most traders there who States that their income is the same as usual some other traders declared their income growing day declined caused by their obligations upon the interest payments of bank loans to the plecit every day done.
