Abstract

This research aims to analyze influence of exchange rates, inflation and bi rate to stock prices on the company property, real estate and building constructin. This research using secondary data in the form of cross data and time series. The sample in this study was 25 companies with purposive sampling techique. Analytical method used is quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis with panel data regression. The result show that exchange rate (x1) and inflation (x2) have no effect on stock prices, while the bi rate (x3) affects the stock price. Keywoods : Exchange Rate, Inflation, Bi Rate, Stock Price
