Abstract
Turnover intention is an employee behavior that determine the performance of a company. The high rate of turnover intention will be a serious problem for the company. In the study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially on turnover intention. This study was conducted to provide advice to the company to reduce the turnover rate from the perspective of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study was conducted at Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah bina Insan Mandiri located in Karangannyar. With a sample of 30 people, and the analysis technique used is regretion analysis. Based on the result, job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a negative effect on tutnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational commitment take affect has effect on turnover intention of 66,7%.
