Abstract
This study aims to determine: career planning prepared by students class xi in choosing majors in college. Second, to know what the stub after plotting his career graduate high school students. This is the kind of research qualitative approach ethnography. Object of this research is school tuition class xi. Which has been used for their families were thirteen as speakers including five student of class xi ips, five student of class installations ipa as well as xi and the remaining buses, the school principal and two teachers. This research result indicates that of the ten students have been planning planning his career of them , four students want to proceed college, one student want to be a soldier, one person wanted to be a cop, and four but people want to be entrepreneurs. As for the exception of pilot conducted grader student of several in planning his career , from come to know of the prospect of work through the medium of the internet , ask teacher or those who have been working , ask relatives who are seated on a bench in college about advanced education, improve their performance, and following the course of private or tutoring.
