Abstract

Abstract The problem of maternal and infant mortality is currently still a serious problem, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. One of the government programs in preventing the occurrence of maternal and infant deaths is by conducting TT immunization. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of TT immunization coverage for pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling was done using the Total Sampling technique by taking data on TT immunization coverage in 2015-2017 in the Sukoharjo DKK. This study uses the Frequency Distribution data processing technique and central tendency to find out the mean or average immunization coverage in 2015-2017. The results showed that TT immunization coverage in pregnant women who had met the government's target of at least 80% was still very few of them in Tawangsari District in 2015 which included immunizations TT1, TT2, TT3 and TT4. In addition, Polokarto Sub-District in 2015 also fulfilled the government's target for TT1 and TT2 immunization coverage. Immunization coverage for pregnant women who have not reached the government's target, among others, in 2015, TT immunization coverage in 12 Subdistricts in Sukoharjo District did not meet the target, except in Tawangsari and Polokarto sub-districts. Meanwhile for 2016 and 2017, there was no number of TT immunization coverage in 12 Subdistricts in Sukoharjo Regency that met the government's immunization target, namely 80%.
